Hi- I'm Amy. I'm a clinical herbalist, herb farmer, homesteader, forager, yoga teacher, and Reiki practitioner in Westminster, MD, home of the Susquehannock. We steward the land we have named the Barefoot Medicine Farm™.I started my journey on the path to herbalism having been inspired by self-sufficiency. My interest in medicinal plants and foraging led me to the Maryland University of Integrative Health (formerly known as Tai Sophia) where I earned a Certification in Herbalism and a Masters of Science in Therapeutic Herbalism. After almost a decade of practicing herbalism privately, I opened my practice to others as I widen my circle and serve my community. I enjoys helping folks align their rhythms with those of the earth, so that they can sleep better, feel less anxious, and choose the right foods for their bodies. I love meeting new people and guiding them as they harmonize their bodies with the healing powers of nature.
