Dr. Dhru Beeharilal was a serial entrepreneur before it was cool and is a Georgetown University and International Coach Federation (ICF)-certified leadership and executive coach, DEI and culture consultant, and a business and marketing strategist. He is the founder of the coaching and consulting company, Nayan Leadership, and the digital marketing agency, HachiMedia, both of which support small and medium businesses. Dr. Dhru is also a Senior Launch Coach (SLC) with Business Networking International (BNI), the world's largest networking organization.Dr. Dhru believes in the concept of Ikigai, or having a full, well-rounded life, and his coaching reflects that. He works with his clients to help them identify and work in their flame, not their wax, and to lean into their own unique identity to become the leaders, business owners, and human beings they aspire to be. When he's not working on one of his businesses or with clients, Dhru loves exploring the world with his faithful K-9 companion, Hachi, and finding new and exciting ways to embrace his own creativity.
