We work closely with the local council, London Chamber of Commerce and regional partners to support the businesses that power our borough.Our business community includes freelancers, founders, high street retailers, educators, consultants and teams from some of Kingston’s best-known organisations. Whether you’re based here or looking to build links in the area, you’ll find practical ways to get involved, stay visible and meet others who are serious about doing business locally.Our events cover everything from early-start Business Breakfasts and Women in Business lunches, to green business forums, Coffee+Connect for freelancers and Netwalking in the borough’s riverside and parks. We also run larger dates like the Kingston Borough Business Awards, Kingston & Merton Business EXPO and the Future of Work Summit - designed to bring local ideas, employers and talent into the same room.We’ve been here since 1905 - originally formed to give local businesses a voice in borough decision-making.Today, we’re still focused on the same mission: making sure Kingston’s business community is heard, connected and supported with events and services that match how our community actually work now.
