I currently live in South Carolina after moving south from Massachusetts back in 2013. Since moving south, we have been traveling the world and hosting other travelers in our home. In 2017 I decided to begin formally hosting others in our home in the form of "weekend retreats".I am a Certified Reiki Master, Selenite Sword of Light Healer & Energy Coach/Healer. I am also RYT 500 hour International Yoga Instructor and RYT 250 Aerial Yoga Instructor, while living and sharing a toxic free way of life. I enjoy helping others work through difficult and day to day life situations through one of the many tools I have in my "Toolbox".At Simply-Helping (SH), we are very passionate about helping others. Our virtual healing circles will leave you feeling relaxed and peaceful. At a retreat, we offer you the opportunity to try some of our techniques or you can just take the time you need to be yourself. I like to call this process "Ctrl-Alt-Delete" (i.e. taking the time to reboot your mind, body and soul).
