Sabre Training Advisory Group (Sabre) is a joint Ukrainian-Western not-for-profit initiative with NGOs registered in Ukraine and Canada. Sabre was founded in November 2022 by retired Sgt. Kevin Leach, a 10-year veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces who served as an OSCE ceasefire observer in Ukraine from 2018 until the full-scale invasion in February 2022.
