The Network of Black Women is a Black-led, feminist non-profit group that is aimed at providing a safe space for Black young Women and Girls to grow personally and professionally. This organization was created through the need for a platform where Black women and girls are able to come together in sisterhood to share lived experiences without fear of being judge or ridicule, provide guidance, elevate and inspire each other. NBW is rooted in empowerment of Black Women as navigating a complex world with intersecting identities can be hard. Through our network, Black women are encouraged to embrace their unique strengths, form meaningful relationships, and thrive in all areas of life.
