Join us for a FUNctional workout as We Make Fitness Fun!You are not too old, too fit or un-fit, too in or out-of-shape to work out with us.Call us at 562-343-5230 and talk to a trainer to arrange your first session. We train at 530am, 9am and 530 or 6pm in a small group setting. We also offer personal training and partner training (share a session with your friend and/or significant other)START is what STOPS most...So let's get going!
