Founded by a former Division I track athlete, NP is a minority- and woman-owned business thatintegrates mindset, nutrition, fitness, regeneration, and lifestyle into every client’s journey.NP offers a full spectrum of services, including personal training, massage therapy, physical therapy, nutritional coaching, and advanced recovery modalities. With a mission to educate, empower, and optimize human performance, NP helps clients strengthen their mind-body connection, move with confidence, and adopt sustainable wellness habits.Beyond individual training, NP fosters a strong sense of community through in-person and virtual events, social media engagement, and unique challenges such as the annual Thanksgiving Push-Up Contest, seasonal group workouts, and interactive wellness workshops.
