The Palmyra Area Middle School community, in partnership with Mini-THON®, is proud to host this year’s Field of Flags fundraiser in honor of Veterans Day. Each flag purchased will honor a veteran, with proceeds supporting Mini-THON’s commitment to the fight against childhood cancer. Through events like Field of Flags, our school is dedicated to making a difference and bringing our community together for impactful causes.About Mini-THON®:Each year in the U.S., 16,000 children under the age of 19 are diagnosed with cancer—that’s one child every 33 minutes.* Palmyra Area Middle School Mini-THON® 2025 is part of a nationwide movement supporting Four Diamonds, an organization on a mission to conquer childhood cancer. Funds raised by Mini-THON events support leading research initiatives to improve the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and cure of childhood cancer.The collective impact of Mini-THON fundraising also ensures that every Four Diamonds child, regardless of income, receives top-quality cancer care without ever receiving a bill.
