The Northern Institute of Dance is a professional ballet, modern and contemporary dance training program in Prince George, British Columbia. Under the artistic direction of Constanza Aguirre Hayes, with support from Ballet Master Miguel Nguyen, NID offers the Northern BC community the opportunity to experience professional training in the fine art of dance while inspiring students to be creative and confident in all aspects of their life. Dance is not only a great way to get in touch with your body, stay fit, and develop coordination… dance is a powerful tool for helping students learn discipline, determination, teamwork, and goal-setting. Mastering these skills builds the confidence to perform both on and off the stage. Our mission statement is to share the love of dance.
