Hi, I'm Dr. Yoendry Torres. I’m the owner and head coach of TKD Wellness. I’m also a licensed clinical psychologist and believe that Taekwondo can be tremendously therapeutic.TKD Wellness is an Olympic sport Taekwondo fitness facility in southern Arizona (Tucson, Oro Valley) with a mission to improve the mental and physical health of community members from toddlers to the Olympic athletes.
