Take back the power to heal yourself.Naturally Mindful offersworkshops and sessionsfor people aged 18 and up that combine mindfulness and connection to nature to support mental health recovery, resilience, and well-being.I hope that by connecting people with the land, water, wildlife, and trees, I can help them rediscover more conscious ways of following nature's pathways to holistic health; to be more alive and present for more treasured moments of life; and to encourage and acknowledge each other for who we truly are.ABOUT KIMCPCAB-accredited mindfulness teacherthrough a level 4 certificate in Integrating Mindfulness and Compassion with Mindfulness UK. I have a Bachelor’s in Professional Practice from the University of Worcester, as well as Level 2 counselling qualification from Tower House Counselling.After time spent in the armed forces (Royal Signals), subsequently working for over a decade in primary education and more recently in the mental health charity sector on an emotional support line, I have dedicated the last five years to researching, learning, and investigating mental health and mindfulness. With my own lived experience of anxiety and trauma, I have been driven to explore what it means to apply mindfulness creatively in nature, and I now help others discover what nature mindfulness can do for them through Mindful Photography and Mindful Nature workshops.My PhilosophyMy mission is to help others—and myself—reach their highest states of awareness, agency and autonomy. This entails self-honesty that constantly looks for the most profound truth that is accessible to us. Instead of relying on the stories that have been ingrained in us, it is about connecting to what is real for each of us. I guide individuals to help them realise their potential, authenticity, happiness, and success.
