I would like to share a bit about my journey into the beautiful world of Persian calligraphy. I’m an architect and have been living in the United States for about 11 years now. 11 years ago, after moving to a new country, I found myself consumed by the demands of work and life, leaving little room for personal hobbies. However, once I settled in, I felt a strong desire to pursue something I had always dreamed of: learning calligraphy.The turning point came during a trip to Iran when my cousin gifted me a piece of her calligraphy artwork. This heartfelt gesture ignited my passion and inspired me to delve into this art form. Upon returning to the United States, I began searching for online classes and discovered that a good friend of mine from university was teaching Persian calligraphy.This marked the beginning of my journey, not only as a student but also as an aspiring teacher. I believe that sharing this art with others allows me to connect with my culture and pass on the beauty of Persian calligraphy to you all.I look forward to embarking on this creative journey together!Nazanin
