Green Restoration Ireland Cooperative (GRI) was established in 2019. GRI has been developing innovative approaches to pay farmers for restoring damaged peatlands and other farm habitats. This includes Ireland’s first on-farm paludiculture (wetland agriculture) trials and a wide range of other carbon farming measures and nature-based solutions.
