Holistic Bodyworx Yoga, Pilates, and Wellness Studio is Mississauga's first hot yoga and hot pilates studio. Our instructors are friendly, approachable, experienced and trained to help you learn, meet and exceed your fitness and wellness goals.Holistic Bodyworx has one hot studio, a non-hot studio, and a private training studio.Our hot studio uses healing infrared heating to give you a sauna while to excercise. We also have Non Hot studio for non hot classes.Our studio also runs Yoga Teachers trainings and Pilates teachers trainings.
