Many people are unaware that there is a connection between our diets and climate change, species extinction, pollution of our air and waterways, deforestation, and many other serious environmental challenges. Eat for the Earth partners with institutions such as government, education, media, corporations, and nonprofits to adopt policies and practices that reduce greenhouse gas emissions associated with food production.
