Through workforce, leadership development initiatives and engaging community events, we equip community and aspiring professionals with the tools and mindset needed to drive sustainable change in the fashion industry. With a strong focus on environmental stewardship, we're not just building careers; we're shaping a future where fashion meets integrity and social impact.We recruit and pay Advocates-In-Training (AITs), between the ages of 16-24, place them with a sustainable fashion company and provide them with the tools to prepare them to make a positive impact within the fashion industry.Our advocates choose their focus within 1 of 3 career interest paths:1.
