Whether you're early in your pregnancy or getting closer to your due date, each session is a chance to meet others, share experiences, and prepare for the journey ahead.Expect light movement, bonding activities, expert guest speakers, and plenty of opportunities to chat and enjoy some delicious mocktails and nibbles.
