Amy is an experienced peri-natal yoga teacher, a Hypnobirthing Childbirth Educator and a mum of three. She has extensive knowledge of the physiology of the pregnant body and will work with you to create a healthy body and mindset for your pregnancy, labour and your journey into parenthood.Her approach is friendly and down-to-earth, offering safe practices in a relaxed and welcoming environment.Amy is passionate about supporting women in all stages of life, but early practically motherhood, and builds all her classes and practices around that passion.
