Hello, I am Jose Pagan and I am a fitness trainer. I was born in Puerto Rico and raised in The Bronx New York. At the house, family was everything and dinners were big. I consider myself to be an excellent chef to Puerto Rican and Italian cuisine (my salads and sandwiches are the best).After high school, I joined the US Army and deployed to Iraq 3 times as a Combat Engineer (Sapper). The military was an amazing experience and it's where I learned the importance of being mentally, emotionally and physically fit.I applied my real life combat skills and physical fitness skills to fitness back home, and started my own tactical fitness and bootcamp program. I am a tactical strength and conditioning coach through NSCA and a fitness/personal trainer certified through the National Personal Training Institute. My job is to help military, law enforcement and first responders adapt a healthy mental and physical lifestyle that can transfer to their related job field.I work with active duty military, veterans, teachers, mom's n dad's, future soldiers, first responders, law enforcement, high school students and kiddo athletes.
