Hi, I'm Sarah Naidoo-Banks - Business Psychologist, Coach and Founder of Spring. My meaningful mission is to co-create a world where each one of us can be the best version of ourselves, and in turn help purpose-led and regenerative business to thrive.I am an accredited Business Psychologist with the Association of Business Psychology and bring to this work psychological insight, deep lessons learned from my own development journey and a commitment to help others reach their fullest potential. It is my mission to contribute to a balanced world where we take care of our planet and all of its beings, human and non-human.I believe that for us to do our best work, we need to be grounded and calm, which is why I have specialised in helping individuals and teams to build resilience. This belief is backed up by an abundance of research showing that when we are resilient, we are better able to collaborate effectively, problem solve, and stay focused and productive.I am currently completing a Diploma in Breathwork with the AIR School of Breathwork, which serves as a powerful modality for working with our intuition and felt sense, and compliments my work as a resilience practitioner. In 2024, I began offering workshops on helping people stay resilient and take meaningful action when navigating eco-anxiety.I also help leaders and teams build collaborative and high-performing cultures, through a variety of evidence-based workshops including coaching and feedback, team building and emotional intelligence. Since completing training as a Workplace Mediator in 2019, I have a particular interest in topics such as boundary setting, assertiveness and navigating difficult conversations.I am an accredited coach with the Association of Coaching and help individuals navigate all things work-related whether that be building your business, progressing your career or overcoming self-doubt.
Coaching is a powerful and dynamic process that creates profound opportunity for deep personal and professional learning and growth. Get in touch for a exploratory call to discuss how we might work together.
