Advances in technology have dramatically improved the quality of health care available to millions of people around the world. Mental health is no exception. After more than 20 years as psychologists, we have observed that individuals who take conventional talk therapy can also benefit from these advances. Technology such as QEEG and Computer-Based Neurofeedback has been around for a long time now, demonstrating significant improvements in cases of Traumatic Brain Injury, Autism, ADHD, Learning difficulties, Anxiety, Depression, and Epilepsy. Photobiomodulation (PBM) is now the next frontier in neuroscience, with research in Mild Cognitive Impairment and Alzheimer’s Disease has also been showing promising results in the past ten years.
