About Julia R LoftsJulia is an experienced and accredited Breathworks Mindfulness Teacher, Psychotherapist (MBACP Accred), and Supervisor (MA), with a deep passion for helping people navigate chronic pain, illness, and long-term stress. Drawing from her own journey with back pain and migraines, Julia understands firsthand the transformative power of mindfulness and its ability to bring relief and balance to both body and mind.With years of experience, Julia leads Mindfulness Meditation Groups, as well as Mindfulness for Health and Mindfulness for Stress courses in East Sussex and Kent. She also offers annual online Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living (MBCL) courses and works extensively with individuals and couples, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each person.Julia is particularly passionate about teaching mindfulness at residential and single-day retreats, where she creates a warm, supportive space for people to explore, grow, and develop their practice. Her retreats are known for being welcoming and encouraging, offering a chance for participants to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.In addition, Julia delivers Mindfulness in the Workplace courses, along with Introduction to Mindfulness workshops and taster sessions, making mindfulness accessible to all.Julia is a registered Mindfulness Teacher with the British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches (BAMBA) and the Mental Health Foundation.“I feel incredibly privileged to be part of people’s mindfulness journeys, watching them discover new insights, resilience, and peace along the way.
