Dr. Stephanie was born in Austin, Texas and at the age of two, moved to Los Angeles, California where she grew up a with her parents and three younger brothers. Driven with a passion to create awareness around disease prevention, she completed her undergraduate and master’s degree in Public Health before getting married and moving to Houston in 2011. Dr. Stephanie earned her Doctorate in Public Health from UT Houston in 2018 and worked in the healthcare sector as a population health expert for over a decade. In 2020, the need for work/life harmony became a priority and launched a project management consulting business. Currently, she is growing her project management business and working on creating a retreat for women who are looking to refresh and realign to God's purposeful design . Dr. Stephanie is married with three children.
