Hi, I'm Theresa. Owner and CEO of The Realm of Intentions. I am a holistic practitioner guiding those in recovery to create a stable foundation through community events, home organization, and somatic experiencing. I got sober in 2022, and it has taught me so many lessons (and continues to do so), but the most important one is that your base is everything.Shifting into recovery means creating or rebuilding new friendships, self-identity, home environment, and tuning back into the body. My goal is to support people in the way that I would have wanted to be when I first started this journey.
