A&R Wine Services is a wine consultation business that specializes in wine events, wine education, and all beverage needs for both restaurants and retail outlets.Arindam has a Diploma in Wines from Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) and is a Certified Wine Educator from Society for Wine Educators (SWE) and holds a Ph.D in Molecular Biochemistry. His background is in music where he holds a master's degree in jazz studies, and he has worked in the beverage industry for close to a decade. Russ's wine and spirit career began in New York City where he was a buyer for a craft beer store and managed an independent wine shop. After moving back to Philadelphia, he worked in the tasting room for Penns Woods Winery and as a sommelier for City Winery.
