I feel incredibly lucky to be able to work in the holistic sphere helping others and I am privileged to enhoy & share healing, connection & transformation through teaching Reiki up to & including Master Practicioner Level.I am based in Galway but I teach in other locations also . I came into the holistic space for personal reasons & it evolved into a passion for helping others as I was helped. I believe that the link between mental physical & emotional health is crucial to our wellbeing. I am an Essential Emotion Coach & Reiki & Seichem Master Practicioner & Teacher. Essential Emotion coaching is a specialized form of coaching using essential oils . This process involves helping clients to identify & remove emotional blockages that are affecting mental physical & emotional health & well-being. I incorporate other therapies into the healing treatments such as angelic and crystal healing & also offer these as standalone therapies. I am also a qualified AromaTherapist Reasons clients come to me include, but are not limited to the desire to break old patterns & create new positive change setting themselves free to live a life of freedom. Chronic pain,chronic fatigue, sleep issues, poor immunity , low self-esteem, & emotional dysregulation are aongst the most common issues I treat.
