Hi, my name is Kirstie Hynes and I run The Reiki Room, Holistic Therapies based here within Zen Den, Retford, Nottinghamshire.It was through my own personal experience and struggles with various issues that I was going through, that I turned to reiki and spirituality to help me through my day to day life.I had become consumed by a toxic environment and reiki helped me through this. I found it extremely beneficial to my mental and physical health. I had the realisation that if reiki could help me in such a profound way, then it could most certainly do the same for others who are struggling.I was attuned to Reiki Level 1 in 2019 and later, when ready, attuned to Reiki Level 2 in 2020, in January 2023, I qualified as a reiki master teacher, and love to use reiki to channel loving, healing energy to heal others in this amazing way.Reiki healing is a calming healing energy used to help shift energy blockages. Reiki is for mind body and soul and can help to heal traumas, whether that’s childhood, relationship or mental. It can help ease anxiety & depression. Physically it can help with aches & pains, symptoms of fibromyalgia are often eased, as are symptoms of MS.I also use crystal healing techniques, using the powerful energies of the crystals to assist my healing, as well as sound healing incorporated into my sessions too, I cleanse & balance auras.All my sessions are private & confidential in a warm & welcoming setting.I am so thankful I get to share and work with my passion daily and have since qualified in Hopi Ear candle treatments and much more!I look forward to meeting you,Kirstie x
