We believe comparison and striving are tools of the enemy, designed to erode self-worth and distract us from the truth that we are fearfully and wonderfully made. For years, many of us have sought fulfillment through diets, fitness trends, and worldly ideals, only to be left feeling empty and frustrated.Wholy Wellnessexists to break this cycle, guiding individuals toward freedom, health, and wholeness through a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.Through workshops, book studies, and faith-centered wellness teachings,Wholy Wellnessequips individuals to understand their emotions, process their experiences, and embrace their bodies as good and purposeful creations of God. We teach that our bodies are not for vanity, but for ability—designed for worship, not to be worshiped. Our mission is to create a community where healing and transformation take root, empowering individuals to live confidently in their identity in Christ. At Wholy Wellness, we believe that through intimacy with God, movement, and stillness, we can experience the fullness of life as He intended.Workshops are hosted byWholy Wellnessfounder Agnes Vinluan-Lewis, a Revelation Wellness-trained instructor passionate about guiding individuals toward freedom and wholeness in Christ.
