Every cell in my body comes alive when I co-facilitate breathworks where courageous souls are releasing and processing emotions, energies and traumas. I am passionate about discovering what is beyond our 5 senses in my Energy Flow sessions. What would be possible if we experienced our mind, body, energy, spirit and soul as one, in unity? Just how incredible could we feel?Through being in community with other women, I discovered the powerfulness, and fun, that occurs when we join forces and see the sparks of creativity and possibility fly. I am lit up by reigniting the flames in women so that they remember their brilliance (especially those in mid-life).I bring a mix of playfulness, groundedness and transformation to my curated breathworks, sound baths, meditations, movement practices, and women's adventures.
