Hello, I’m Mo (she/they). I’m a coach, facilitator, and Performance Psychology practitioner. I’m based in London but also work in Scotland, where I’m originally from.I've spent two decades supporting people through complex challenges and traumatic situations, leading teams and learning embodied, personal approaches to coaching, facilitation, and leadership.I’m passionate about helping people to feel safe to show up as their authentic selves and communicate with courage. Experience tells me that we need to work with the head, heart, and body to create lasting change and build a toolkit of resources that support wellbeing.And I believe that moving from stress, trauma, and burnout to belonging, wellbeing and authenticity takes a collective effort - even if we’re resilient and capable, we can’t do it all on our own.
