Hi Ladies, my name is Kate, I am a women's Integrated Holistic Health Coach, Reiki Practitioner, and Womens Circle Facilitator. I guide women to ReAwaken Their Soul through physical, spiritual and emotional healing. The events I host range from workshops around mind, body, spiritual healing. I host monthly Cacao Ceremonies as well as weekly dance events on wednesday evenings for all ages and genders!My passion is to help as many women as I can heal into their best life! I believe we do that by working 1:1 with each other but also in group settings which is why I host these monthly events. I believe in the power of women joining hands and healing together.
