Rick Braun's River Cruise at Christmas - December 2024

Join us for a cruise that combines your favorite music with wine and the wonders of the Christmas Markets of Europe!  From romantic cities to foodie havens and artistic epicenters, this up close and personal small ship experience, along with the unique musical  experience never seen at any concert or festival. 

We will cruise between Nuremberg and Budapest leaving on Monday, December 9, 2024 for seven glorious days.

Rick and Peter will be performing for four nights in the lounge (you will be touring the markets at night the other nights!)…and to hang with during the day and at meals. This is an up-close experience you cannot have anywhere else!

PLEASE NOTE: the $1000 registration fee required with your registration here is non-refundable (see terms below). Once the cruise is confirmed to sail, we will complete your registration and collect the cruise booking deposit of $1000 PER PERSON (minus credit of the registration fee) within 7 business days.   The remaining total be collected as per below.

Please read all the payment terms below BEFORE PROCEEDING. 

TOTAL CRUISE PAYMENT (does not include any other purchases such as travel insurance, pre and post bookings, etc.) and paid by credit card:

Monthly payment plans will be due as follows (does not include any other purchases such as travel insurance, pre and post bookings, etc.) and paid by credit card only:

• Completed cruise registration fee ($1000 per cabin) upon registration.
• Once the cruise is confirmed, the completed cruise booking deposit ($1000 per person) by credit card, with a credit of the $1000 registration fee collected, will be due within 7 days.
• Remaining Cruise Balance will be divided by the remaining months until March 2024, commencing April 2023 for those who register now. Final Cruise Balance will be fully paid no later than 3/15/24.

Standard payment plans will be due as follows (does not include any other purchases such as travel insurance, pre and post bookings, etc.) and paid by credit card only:

• Completed cruise registration fee ($1000 per cabin) upon registration.
• Once the cruise is confirmed, the completed cruise booking deposit ($1000 per person) by credit card, with a credit of the $1000 registration fee collected, will be due within 7 days.
• Payment due on June 15, 2023 equal to 1/4 of remaining balance after cruise booking deposit.
• Payment due on September 15, 2023 equal to 1/4 of remaining balance after initial deposit
• Payment due on December 15, 2023 equal to 1/4 of remaining balance after initial deposit
• Final payment due on March 15, 2024 equal to 1/4 of remaining balance after initial deposit

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

All payments made are non-refundable at the time of payment. Guests are strongly urged to purchase Travel Insurance when your deposit is made to offset this risk. Our travel agent partner will be offering this to all our guests as an option when you make your deposit.

NOTE: In the event that you cannot attend, you can transfer your reservation for a fee of $200 PER PERSON. The monetary arrangements are between you and the person taking your place. We can pick up payments for a transfer.

What this means:

When you make any payment – the registration fee, completed deposit or any payment, that money is not refundable.

• For example, if you pay your cruise registration fee, you will lose all monies paid to date.
• For example, if you pay your cruise registration fee and booking deposit and cancel, you will lose all monies paid to date.
• For example, if you cancel after you pay your cruise registration fee, booking deposit and any remaining payments you will lose all monies paid to date.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By registering, you understand and accept the following terms.

1. I understand that all prices are PER PERSON, based on double occupancy, and include administrative costs, taxes, gratuities, port charges and fees FOR THE CRUISE.
2. I understand that my cruise booking deposit here is for TWO people in a cabin.  ONE registration is ONE cabin for TWO people. If you need more than one cabin OF THE SAME TYPE, you will need to complete one registration and do a second registration if you desire the same cabin type. 
3. My credit card will be charged by AMA WATERWAYS for the final payment when the cruise is confirmed. These payments are for Rick Braun's River Cruise Getaway ONLY (i.e. the seven day cruise on the AmaVerde).
4. I understand that I will be responsible for all other fees for travel to and from the ship and any other activities I chose to do while on this trip.    NOTE: we also offer transfers and additional pre and post cruise hotel/activities, for an additional fee.  
5. All fees are nonrefundable, but can be used by another person. See specific payment terms above.  
6. I assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of my destination and connecting points, and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destinations. Many countries require that the passport be valid for six months or more after date of entry. Some countries will not admit persons convicted of a crime. I assume full and complete responsibility for health-related requirements that travel suppliers and governments may impose from time to time, such as health affidavit forms, health screenings prior to departure or upon arrival, face coverings, vaccinations, or quarantines.
