The core mission of the R.O.C Repay-In-Kind Initiative is to remove financial barriers to healing and self-care by keeping at least one spot free at every workshop, retreat, and one-to-one session. In return, recipients “repay” with a simple act of kindness—creating a living cycle of generosity. Through this model, R.O.C aims to:Foster Compassionate Reciprocity: Encourage community members to give and receive kindness in equal measure.Ensure Accessibility: Make holistic practices—sound healing, shamanic journeys, meditation, ritual work, and more—available to anyone, regardless of means.Build a Ripple of Goodwill: Grow beyond individual events into a nationwide movement, partnering with facilitators across Ireland (and beyond) to spread connection and support.Every act of kindness fuels the next opportunity for someone in need, turning individual gestures into collective transformation.
