A space where we welcome a sense of curiosity and playfulness, to explore mindfulness , movement and art.Meet your Facilitators:Hannah is a Reiki practitioner, yoga teacher, and student of Naturopathy with a deep reverence for the healing power of nature, movement, and creativity. She holds space with gentle presence, inviting others to find stillness, ground themselves through flowing movement, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. Her love for horses and art infuses her practice with a sense of beauty, intuition, and soulful connection.Masha is a former gymnast whose journey with yoga began in her teenage years. Over time, her exploration of movement evolved into a deep love for both yoga and Pilates.
