Hi, I’m Helen, and welcome to Inspired Healing.My journey began as an Army nurse, evolving over 25+ years to embrace alternative and complementary medicine, including massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, Reiki, Shamanic Healing, sound healing, and more. As a certified Meditation Teacher, Bach Flower Practitioner, and Cacao Facilitator, I’m deeply committed to helping others on their path to transformation and healing.Through retreats, ceremonies, and trainings, I create safe, nurturing spaces for growth and self-discovery. Whether it’s the heart-opening magic of cacao, the deep inner stillness of Primordial Sound Meditation, or exploring the path of forgiveness through my "Journey to Forgiveness" retreat or resolving trauma through my "Lifting the Lid on Anger & Rage" retreat, my mission is to guide others toward self-empowerment and holistic healing.All my retreats are all held at my beautiful woodland sanctuary in East Sussex and I have just added the transformative Sacred Cacao Ceremony Training, debuting in the UK (June 2025) and Guatemala (January 2026).
