A word from Carmelle....From a young age I sensed a profound presence when I was in prayer. Over time I yearned to know my purpose, but I had to be patient. Blessed, is an understatement when looking at the gifts my life has been filled with. Many years of wonderful relationships, the miracle of my children, and of course movement and sport. The happiness and joy I have lived in my adult life has definitely been intersepered with fear, doubt, guilt and shame- something most of us know only too well. Slowly the synchronicities in my life brought me to such depths of despair, that my only way out was through inner work. The breakthrough was worth the pain of the journey. My purpose is clear.I am here to help people heal and my passion and commitment to help women find their way into their unique purpose. The distractions we have faced all our lives with have blurred our vision, leading us to not only question ourselves, but try to change who we are to meet the perceived desires of others, and society. The constant search for the next thing to make us feel better, more loved, worthy, happy, fulfilled. The incredible news is that you are only a decision away from shifting the direction you are on. That decision is to change your inner world. I would be honoured to be a small part of your shift.About Khyati....I’m Khyati Bhatia, a former IT Executive turned wellbeing advocate and the founder ofSattvic Wellbeing.
