Hello, my name is Kristen Beaulieu, E-RYT® 500, YACEP®, CYA-YT, Brain Longevity® Specialist, Yoga Teacher, and Yoga Therapist. After many years of working with, and for, seniors I have created Sacred Elders to offer services and support to seniors, their caregivers, and service providers. These services are inclusive of all experiences of aging as valid and worthy of being seen and supported.Along with senior focused yoga events, I offer general yoga classes, workshops, retreats and trainings open to all ages and ability levels.
