But, little did she know, her career path took a significant turn, she developed a passion for working in People-centric operational roles such as Technology Recruiting(full life cycle), Talent Acquisition, Career Coaching, Human Resources, Leadership Coaching, Account Management, Change Management.During her professional career, she had to reinvent herself through some significant career transitions, including living and working in new countries. After 14-plus years working in the IT industry, interviewing and hiring countless IT professionals in both the US and Canada, it is no surprise that it rewards her for helping people realize their full potential and setting them on their way to achieving great things.Mamata is also a Meditation and Mindfulness Practitioner, trained in Trauma-informed coaching practices that focus on overcoming Imposter syndromes (Fears, Challenges). She is always endeavouring to bring a holistic approach to her coaching style.
