Kelly Day has been teaching yoga and leading women's circles in her community for the past few years. She is extremely passionate about the eight limbs of yoga and sharing these teachings with others. She feels called to share these and other spiritual practices with women, guiding women to step towards their soul's purpose, living from a place of joy, passion, and courage. In addition to teaching yoga and leading circle, Kelly is an avid outdoor and nature enthusiast, having worked as a wildlife biologist for 10+ years throughout Western Canada. Connecting with nature is a very important part of Kelly's life, and she is very excited to teach others about surrounding wildlife and neat nature elements!!
