And the only thing we want out of this life is to make a difference... even if only for one soul.Through that heart, Strong. Capable. Female. was born, eventually leading to local Women's Retreats. By providing a safe and welcoming space for women to gather, our hope is to foster friendships and support networks that can last well beyond the retreat itself. To offer workshops and activities that promote self-care, personal growth, and spiritual development. Helping women deepen their understanding of themselves and their place in the world and ultimately provide a break from the stresses of daily life.This is how we want to give back to YOU.
