Secrets of Armenia is an International music project, dedicated to the discovery of classical music of Armenia, whose roots go back to the folk art of the III century BC. Armenia's history is marked with war and suffering, but the survival of its people is a testament to their tough, proud and enterprising nature. Armenians today have a strong connection to their history, finding strength in their country's survival, and music has played a large role in preserving their sense of national identity. To validate their own national and ethnic identities, the Armenians have worked hard to preserve and maintain their culture.Over such a long period, music has managed to accumulate many secrets related to the history and culture of the country. One of these secrets - the names of composers, undeservedly forgotten in time - reveal to the people at their concerts the musicians of Secrets of Armenia Foundation.
