Network Softwarization and Security Labs (NETSLAB) is a research group at the UCD School of Computer Science that mainly focuses on the security and privacy of future mobile networks, including 5G and 6G. With the increasing reliance on mobile networks in various sectors, the security and privacy of these networks has become a significant concern. NETSLAB aims to address these concerns and provide cutting-edge solutions to ensure that the networks are secure and resilient against potential security threats.NETSLAB conducts research on various aspects of network softwarization and security, such as network slicing, software-defined networking and edge computing.
