Welcome all to “ The Yoga and Journaling circle” these will yoga classes will be held monthly. The basis of these yoga classes will be about cleansing and aligning our chakras! While paying specific attention to cleansing and aligning them one at a time. These yoga classes will also include writing prompts for self reflection, to guide us in healing our limiting self beliefs and traumas.
