Hii lovely, I'm Gabi, your sound bath host!I'm a soul led sound healer, career change guide and nail artist. After 14 year in corporate London, I took the leap to take my nail business full time and on the way, discovered the healing benefits of sound. Since leaving London, I've been on a journey of self re-discovery which re-aligned me to my spiritual soul. Being able to guide you through career change & sound journeys while aiding deep relaxation for full and frazzled lives is such a privilege and one I'm deeply grateful for.Sound baths soothe the mind, body & soul by guiding you to a state of deep relaxation in a more timely manner than traditional meditation. The combination of sound frequencies from the Tibetan bowls and other instruments, take you on a soundscape journey of relaxation.Sound baths can increase overall well being, improve sleep, boost your mood and may reduce stress and anxiety. Sound can also be a powerful tool for healing and transformation.Your sound bath experience starts with you getting comfortable lying on the floor. All that’s needed from you is a willingness to be there and be open to the sound.
