OUR STORY:Operation Juliet was founded by Dallas Knight, an Army combat veteran, with the mission to provide female veterans a safe space for healing, growth, and community. After facing challenges of her own transitioning to civilian life, Dallas recognized the need for a program specifically designed for women like her—those who served but still carry the invisible scars of war.OUR MISSION:We are dedicated to empowering female veterans through holistic healing, leadership development, and community support, ensuring they thrive in every aspect of life. Our Initiatives:Operation Juliet offers three core initiatives to help female veterans heal and thrive: our annual NSAJ Retreat, monthly gatherings, and scholarships for continued mental health care. Explore our programs below to learn more about how we’re supporting female veterans on their journey to wellness and leadership.(not so) Average Jane RetreatOur signature program, is a five-day immersive experience designed to provide female combat veterans with holistic healing. From equine therapy to meditation, this retreat offers a women-centered space for personal growth, community building, and healing from the invisible wounds of service. This transformative retreat helps female veterans rebuild their sense of identity and community after military service.Monthly GatheringsOur monthly gatherings bring female veterans together to build community, support one another, and explore holistic healing practices. Each gathering introduces different wellness modalities offering tools for emotional and mental well-being that aren’t typically supported by the VA. These gatherings provide a safe, welcoming space for women to share their journeys and connect with others.Mental Health ScholarshipsWe believe that healing should not be limited by financial barriers. Our Scholarships for Mental Health provide female veterans with the opportunity to continue holistic therapies that are not covered by traditional VA benefits. Our goal is to provide financial support for the mental health resources and healing modalities that the veteran chooses because they make a positive impact and difference in their lives.
