Senseful Wellness & Yogawas created in 2020 as a way to expand the concept of healing beyond the borders of the established systems and boxes of the healthcare world. Creating workshops, guiding group retreats, and sharing virtual content became a way of teaching and sharing the many layers to mind, body, spirit healing. Senseful Wellness retreats are held across the US combining yoga, meditation, energy work, somatic techniques, and astrology to create all encompassing experience.Meet your hosts:Jenn (She/Her)is an intuitive healer trained Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Astrologer and Spiritual Coach. She combines her knowledge of the body from 13 years of being a PTA with all spiritual tools that have contributed to her own healing & spiritual journey to help guide others.Vi (They/Them)is a practicing Witch & Psychic Medium who is a trained Yoga Teacher, Social media manager, and Tarot Reader. They combine their passions of astrology, divination, dance, and creative expression to help others listen to their intuition.Together Jenn & Vi's Gemini souls create virtual content, lead local workshops, guide group retreat experiences, and loudly revolutionize the world through creativity, queer love, expansive curiosity, & authentic truth telling. Both of them have a combined 250k following on social media and love curating content around neurodivergent and spiritual topics.
