Craig and Chrissy own and manage Shambhala Farm and Yoga Shala, located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. They are both passionate about creating experiences that educate and inspire others to live an abundant and vital life. Craig is an experienced organic grower with over 10+ years of farming and sustainable practices under his belt. His passion for Wellness also includes Breathwork and Meditation which he loves to share with others.Chrissy has been practicing and teaching yoga for the past 10+ years and loves to guide others through practices that reconnect them to their inner wisdom and joy.
