Ingrid has lived this truth.Now residing in Ottawa, Ingrid missed that vital space for joyful expression. Rather than waiting for it to appear, she chose to create it. Thus, SHE GROOVES was born—a sanctuary where women can reconnect with their bodies, release stress, and rediscover joy through movement.​SHE GROOVES is a community rooted in rhythm, resilience, and empowerment.
