Offline Journalis a magazine printed each April and October - dedicated todocumenting the development of contemporary photography in, from and of Wales.Offline Journal and its publisher Brian Carroll engages with galleries and festivals around Wales to promote emerging and established photography talent to organise interviews, talks and photobook events.The limited edition magazine features articles on photography projects, exhibitions and photobooks.
